Photo montage credits for One Family Together Forever, part 2

(Updated on Dec. 3, 2014 due to photo substitution, as mentioned in part 1)

In the last post, I gave source materials for the photo montages of Barefoot Family Farm residents.  Now I will give sources for the other pictures I present in the just-published book.
